This note explains what Pacifique Joinery does with the details you send through this website.
What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, phone number, project type, suburb or location, preferred timeframe and a description of the work. You can also attach plans or photographs. Those files are optional.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to design and make the work. A copy is emailed to the workshop and kept in the private enquiry list in this website. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for a mailing list.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records while they are useful for the conversation and for our records of the job. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that has not become a job.
